On May 1, Korean workers celebrated international workers day with regionally-based rallies. KCTU President KIM, Young-hoon pledged to launch a struggle to resolve the Ssangyong Motor workers’ issues, for precarious workers’ fight for labor rights and for broad legal reform to ensure workers’ rights and welfare. The May Day rally participants gathered at Seoul Station and marched to Seoul City Plaza in front of City Hall.
